12 Jan West Pool Renovation Project
At Steele Hill Resort, we are excited to announce the completion of our recent pool renovation project. This project took place from November 28th to December 16th and included a variety of upgrades that will greatly improve the resort guest experience. One of the first things our maintenance team did was install new lockers and stalls in the men’s and women’s locker rooms, as well as new shower valves, hardware, and shower heads. We also replaced the sink faucets in both locker rooms and installed new LED lighting.
In addition to these changes, we replaced all of the toilets in both locker rooms and we took the opportunity to make a significant upgrade to the men’s locker room by replacing the urinals with waterless models, which are more environmentally friendly. We have also replaced the water fountain located within the women’s locker room. These renovations will provide a more modern and comfortable experience as our guest get ready for swimming fun.
Within the pool atrium, we gave the lower pool deck a complete overhaul, replacing the ground surface with a new pebble tech floor installation. The kiddie pool was repaired and painted, and we also swapped out the pool pump for a more energy efficient model. Many of the windows and siding around the pool area were also replaced during the renovation project. These improvements will help ensure that our pool area is always well-maintained and inviting.
Finally, we took care of some smaller details, such as repairing and painting the ceiling light fixtures, replacing the indoor plants, and adding new bark mulch to all of the plant beds. These improvements may be subtle, but they all contribute to the attractiveness and functionality of our featured pool area. Overall, we are thrilled with the results of our pool renovation project. We believe that these improvements will enhance our guest’s experiences and provide a refreshing and modernized amenity for all to enjoy.
