Steele Hill Resorts responds to consumer demand by breaking ground on the second building in the Steele Hill South project. With three years of outstanding growth in rental business and the recent launch of the Steele Hill Vacation Club, the decision was made to expand resort inventory to meet the rise in demand.
In coordination with lead financing partner Bank of New Hampshire and project management by Conneston Construction, the new development is set to deliver marquee inventory to expand guest capacity at our 500 acre resort. Stewart Associates Architects also provided professional guidance to incorporate significant improvements based on guest feedback.
Positioned along the golf course overlooking prime views of the Belknap Mountains and lakes below, the new building features an extended footprint and hosts full two bedroom units in lockout configurations. These cutting-edge rooms offer the ability to service demand in the hotel suite market while also meeting the needs of guest looking for a full vacation condo rentals. Room features will include extended balconies to enjoy the views, full kitchens with granite countertops, fireplaces and large format flat screen TVs.
Coupled with the already robust amenities package at Steele Hill, the South 2 project is intended to set a new standard for resort accommodations in the Lakes Region. Project completion is currently scheduled for May 15th, 2015.
