STEELE HILL RESORT POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation with 7 or more days advance notice prior to arrival will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be non-refundable. Guests who opt to purchase the Protect My Vacation option must book this add-on within 48hrs of booking reservation and will have the ability to cancel reservation up until 9pm, two days prior to arrival date at no additional charge.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Any refunds must be applied back to the card originally charged.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Guest must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card in their name present upon check-in. Check-in time begins at 4:00PM. Check-out time is prior to 10:00AM.

PET POLICY:

Due to allergies and unpredictable animal behavior, pets are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the property. Non-compliance results in a $250 fee. Nearby kennels offer pet accommodations at reasonable rates.

SMOKING POLICY:

To respect the concerns of guests, indoor spaces on property are designated as non-smoking including all guest accommodations. To enforce this policy we charge a $250 fee to guests who do not cooperate.

SECURITY HOLD:

A $200 dollar credit card preauthorization will be taken upon check-in for incidentals. This amount will be automatically refunded upon check-out for folios with zero balances. Credit card companies require 3 โ€“ 7 business days to process.

POOL POLICY:

The resort pools are open daily 8:00AM – 10:00PM. We have taken some additional health and safety precautions at the resort to aid in maintaining a safe environment for our guests and timeshare owners. This includes setting a maximum occupancy limit in our West Indoor Pool area, where, during high demand periods, usage may be limited to 90-minute periods and may include a waitlist. The East indoor pool area will be closed for renovations beginning on November 11, 2024 and will reopen November 23, 2024. The West indoor pool area will be closed for renovations beginning on December 2, 2024 and will reopen December 14, 2024.

What are the pool hours?

Our onsite pools are open daily from 8AM โ€“ 10PM

Do you offer day passes?

We do not offer day passes at the resort. Our pools and amenities are exclusive to timeshare owners and overnight guests

Guests may room charge items from any of our onsite dining or activity locations including: The Hilltop Restaurant, Market Convenience Store, Oasis indoor pool bar, Tova’s Tavern and the Adventure Center
