At The Hilltop Restaurant we have raised our pizza game to a whole new level with the addition of a dedicated Marshal Pizza Oven. The new offering features the perfect mix of fresh ingredients delivered with the same cooking quality as some of the best pizza places in the area. Get ready for some cheesy, crunchy goodness from our new brick lined oven.
We start out by using only the freshest ingredients. Our pizza dough is stretched and pulled and dressed with an oil and herb blend to 12” and then a delicious red sauce is spread evenly across the dough, and our special blend of mozzarella and provolone cheese is added to top it off. The pizzas are cooked at exactly 555° in our brick lined oven and then they’re ready to eat!
Locals can come in and enjoy one of our delicious pizzas at Tova’s Tavern or in The Hilltop Restaurant with a New Hampshire-made craft beer and enjoy watching the game or just take it to go! Guests have the option of coming down, grabbing take out, or getting a pizza delivered to their room or anywhere else on the Steele Hill campus with our “Let Us Deliver to You” motto.
Pizza is the perfect option to cater to each individual’s taste which makes it one of the greatest foods ever invented, in our opinion. Our current specialty pizzas on the menu include; BBQ Chicken topped with our famous onion rings, Four Cheese White Pie topped with prosciutto, Spicy Shrimp Scampi topped with a red pepper sauce and bites of shrimp, Buffalo Chicken topped with blue cheese crumbles along with fried chicken and Nature Lover made with a creamy garlic sauce and veggies galore. Our specialty pizzas change from season to season so keep an eye on the menu for new options throughout the year.
