At Steele Hill Resort we have partnered with Gunstock, Loon, and Waterville Valley to offer guests the best deals on local ski tickets.
Gunstock:
Gunstock Mountain located in Gilford, NH is easily the most accessible ski and snowboard mountain in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. For Gunstock Lodging Steele Hill is located just 16 miles from the mountain, so you don’t need to travel across the state to get some good runs in. Enjoy skiing the east with breathtaking views overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee from the top of the mountain. Whether you’re skiing, snowboarding, tubing, taking a lesson, night or day, enjoy shredding down the mountain on one of their 55 trails. To make the most of your stay in the area, we have partnered with Gunstock to create the perfect Ski and Stay Package that offers 20% off the accommodations of your choice, and 25% off ski tickets to Gunstock Mountain for each guest in your party each night of your stay.
Loon:
Loon Mountain is located in Lincoln, NH in the heart of the White Mountains a little under one hour north of the Lakes Region. With a variety of terrain across three peaks you can find over 60 trails to match your ski or snowboard level. As you ride up the chairlift enjoy amazing views overlooking Mt. Moosilauke, Franconia North, and Mt. Washington. Their three peaks include: South Peak, The North Peak, and Loon Peak. Each catering to something different, the South Peak is where the locals head to for wide-open runs, steep drops, and back country skiing through the trees. The North Peak is the highest Peak of the three, and offers some of the freshest snow where experts and intermediates flock to ride or ski. Loon Peak is the hub of the mountain where their gondolas take you to the summit and you can ride or ski down on classic New England trails. Aside from skiing they offer a Winter Zipline, Cross Country Skiing, Tubing, Ice Skating, and snowshoeing. Make sure to stop by our front desk for information on discounted tickets.
