VANTAGE DAY SPA POLICIES

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are required. Due to high demand, we recommend booking at least one month in advance to secure an appointment with our exceptional staff.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the card on file will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service cost, plus a 20% service charge.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY:

We accept all major credit cards. Additionally, a 21% service charge will be automatically added to all service bookings.

APPOINTMENT PUNCTUALITY:

Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to complete check-in paperwork.

FOOD & DRINK:

Please note that no outside food or drinks are allowed in the spa, as per New Hampshire state law. Coffee, tea, and water are provided for your enjoyment at the spa.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES:

Cell phone use is not permitted inside the spa. If you need to take a call, please step outside. We aim to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS:

At Vantage Day Spa, your health and safety are our top priorities. We kindly request that all guests inform us of any pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to booking their treatments. This enables us to tailor our services to best suit your individual requirements and ensure your visit is both safe and enjoyable. Please consult with your healthcare provider before undergoing any spa treatments if you have a history of high blood pressure, are on blood thinners, have a heart condition or if you have concerns regarding your physical condition.

PRENATAL SERVICES:

We are pleased to offer specialized prenatal facials and massages to expectant mothers. To ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and child, we require that all pregnant guests be past their first trimester and provide written consent from their doctor before receiving any massage, facial, or body treatment. These measures help us customize our services to safely accommodate the unique needs of expectant mothers while providing a relaxing and nurturing experience.

LOCATION & PARKING:

Our spa is located at Steele Hill Resort, 516 Steele Hill Rd, Sanbornton, NH, within the West Amenities Building atop West Hill. Guests can find parking directly in front of the building, with ample additional overflow parking available adjacent to the facility. For driving directions, click here.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the spa due to potential allergies and unpredictable animal behavior. However, qualified service dogs are permitted.

Is Vantage Day Spa open to the public?

Vantage Day Spa is open to day visitors; the pools and other resort amenities are exclusively available to overnight hotel guests and timeshare members.

What should I wear at the spa?

For massages and body treatments, we invite our guests to undress to their level of comfort. You may choose to wear only undergarments or opt for no clothing at all. Rest assured, your privacy and comfort are our utmost priority, and you will be appropriately draped throughout your treatment. Robes are provided at the spa for your convenience and comfort.

Do you sell the products used during my treatment?

Yes, we offer many of the products used during our treatments for sale. This allows you to continue your wellness experience at home and enjoy the benefits of our professional-grade products every day. Feel free to ask our staff for recommendations tailored to your specific needs.

Are there any age requirements for the services at the spa?

For nail services, we welcome guests of all ages. However, for all other spa services, guests must be 14 years or older. Additionally, visitors between the ages of 14 and 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their treatment. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Am I able to get a gel polish in a pedicure service/are you able to remove my gel polish?

We only apply gel polish in manicures. If you have gel polish applied at another salon or spa, additional time and costs will be required for removal. Please inform us when booking your appointment so we can allocate sufficient time for your service. Failure to mention your gel polish may result in our inability to complete the service due to time constraints and other scheduled appointments.

Do you provide acrylic nail services?

We do not provide acrylic, dip, or solar nail services, and we do not have the equipment to remove them.
