14 Feb Health and Safety Guidelines at the Resort

We know, now more than ever, how important it is to have a safe and relaxing vacation. We continue to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our visitors and team members and have taken some additional precautions at the resort to aid in maintaining these goals in our most high-traffic amenity locations. Based on the recommendations of public health officials, we have developed the following measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable vacation for all of our guests:
- There has been a maximum occupancy limit set in our West Indoor Pool area that we must maintain and cannot be exceeded
- The West Indoor Pool facility utilizes a first come, first use system, with a guaranteed 90-minute limit (if maximum occupancy is not met during usage, guests are welcome to stay longer)
- To access the West Indoor Pool, guests will check in at the desk located in the West Amenities building where the attendant will record a phone number to contact you directly when the time limit has ended if we do not see you prior. You will be provided a key and table number for your party which must be returned after usage
- If you are not able to use the pool at any given time due to an occupancy threshold, your party will be put on the waiting list and will be called directly following an open spot. To check if there are current wait times prior to visiting the West Amenities building, please contact the front office at 603-524-0500 or extension “0” from any resort phone
